Welcome to Michigan Health Psychologists

We all embark on the journey of life at the same starting point. We travel down the road before us, trying to carve out a path that will lead us to the kind of life that will bring us joy.

However, there are times when that path leads us off the course of happiness and fulfillment, and into some dark corners.

Whether you’re stuck in the woods of chronic pain, anxiety, or depression, it is possible to get out of the dark places and back into the sun. I know it feels daunting now, but that is why you are here.

Here at Michigan Health Psychologists, PLLC, I will work with you to help you develop the strategies you need to get back on the path that leads to happiness and success. Together, we will work to address the issues you are facing and come through on the other side with a new way of thinking, and confidently take on a new direction in life.

Together, we will work closely to analyze what struggles you are facing and their underlying causes, and try to change the behaviors and thought patterns that are keeping you from being the person you want to be.

If you’re ready to get back on the path that leads to the happier times in your life, then you’ve come to the right place. Contact me today so we can work to get you back on course.

Did You Know?

Therapy has been found to reduce inpatient stays, overall healthcare expenditures, consultations with primary care doctors, medication use and care provided by relatives by 60-90%
30% of clients improve by the 2nd session, 60-65% by the 7th session, 70-75% by six months, and 85% by one year.
Many of my clients will return after a break in treatment to work on new issues or to further improve the skills learned in the previous course of treatment.
Clients with more distress tend to show more improvement in therapy than those clients who are less distressed.
